“TWINE WAVES SHAPES”
RELATED TO SINE WAVES.

INTRODUCTION.
To one who is a "severe amateur" dabbler in Mathematics, such as myself, it does appear that
some of the professional interest has somewhat become concentrated on the
abstract investigation of Mathematics, especially related to the science of
Physics theory and also hard to understand Mathematical Theorems
and the laborious proof thereof.

Hard to me, that is ;- being accustomed to suck from the lesser teat mathematically speaking { : <
This observation then not being a criticism of the professionals but rather a 'grudging' acknowledgment of
the fact that the human mind need to move on from the so called "elementary knowledge", referring
here to our understanding of the qualities of those 'Geometry Basics' ;-
we may have come to take for granted ;
- these basics being the Circle, the Square and the Triangle.

So why then acknowledge “the need to move on ”?.
Only so as to call attention to this humble observation;- that sometimes that natural drive “to move on”,
can cause us to miss or overlook something , yes maybe just a mundane thing and of no 'immediate' great value.
Yet in this case, of Twine Wave Shapes, it is proposed that Something of
a Profoundly important nature;- Relating to the relationship between a Circle and a Square
and to some extent the Triangle has been 'left undiscovered', that is up to now ;-
Uncovered by a act of mere stumbling upon, admittedly.

' Left undiscovered ', you may frown ...} : ?
The reason for that statement is because there has been a coming to it very close;- to this suggested profound discovery,
in years past, in the form of the well known, late year 18 hundreds, Peaucellier-Lipkin Linkage,-
and later in the 19 hundreds, of Chaos theory as it relate to a Circle's properties.
An even deeper historical "suspected mathematical" link exists but we keep that one on ice for now due to its unsavory nature relating
to 'recent' years past activities on the world stage, thus not to stoke ( as yet ) some, well founded legitimate resentments as anticipated ;-
- that is before mathematical clarity prevail.
Not to worry that you may be kept in the ' unknown ' though, it will be 'reluctantly' served up later when the matter becomes completely
'geometry wise' unavoidable.

Well ...what then is this so-called 'Overlooked' and 'Left undiscovered' Relationship between a Circle and a Square ?
and the Twine Waves on the Far Right ( Done with a CAD Program ) are called : ...................SUPER TWINES .....on account of their flowing form being so pleasing to the eye.

( I nearly forgot to mention that these Variation in Wave shapes are made by Simply changing the Distance between the Pivot and the Square
Once for each complete 360 rotation only
( Not a pulsed / dynamic Changing ;- that's for later ) and also for the Elastic set of Twines the Trace Circle rotate Counter to

Before that answer is attempted, see below some even "Stranger" Twine Waves
and note that these Twin wave shapes are NOT just Random "Wavy" Shapes Subtracted from each other
that then can give a Midway Sine Wave as a Resultant though we do not really need to pursue the Sine wave form here.
The TWINE Waves themselves, are VERY specific Wave shapes that are NOT at all derived from
Fourier Transforms , but from a Unique Formula that Mathematically Describe This Particular Circle + Square Relationship,
we may as well call it the EB- Formula.
( This Formula will be given Graphically and in a Basic Program Form Later in this Writing )

At the risk of being mind numbing
( considering that one person described the previous Website as " pages of gibberish about some supposedly new function that has deep meanings" )
here then is the "Proper" Word description of what 'Twin waves' is
( for those who did find the Previous Web site fascinating as was also indicated by e-mail )
may this ( mid year 2012) website then be more clear , I hope .......
01) “TWINE WAVES” refer to 2 Sets of Waves of Complex Variable Shapes each.
02) One Set called Stable=Realistic Twines
03) and the other Set called Unstable=Elastic Twines.
04) They are generated Geometrically as Double waves in each Set
05) and are 'related' to the Sine wave fundamental by means of a Fourier Subtraction result.
06) These Double or Twin Waves are created by the Dynamiclinking of a Circleand a Square.
07) The Twin waves in all cases are at 1/24th phase difference within each set of Twines. ( Interesting since Prime Numbers and the Integer 24 seem to Like each Other a Lot ! )
08) One of the Twin waves is a Mirror and a Flipped version of the other Wave.
09) A single Formula drive the creation of each Twine couple
So the Fourier Subtraction Resultant of the Twin Waves always is a Perfect Sine Wave though the Complex Twin waves Shapes
themselves are not derived from a Fourier process, rather being the result of a unique single Formula.
The Dynamic Linking of the Circle & Square has been shown above Graphically but lets continue with some Postulate as to why these
Mathematical /Geometrical Twine waves should be considered important enough to deserve your further attention even though some has a random look about them.
Let's make a big jump here from Geometry to Physics considering that we all accept that the universe do operate on Mathematical Principles, some known but a “lot” still undiscovered.

Knowing then that all particles Vibrate:- Twine Wave Variable Shapes are proposed as the real motion track of such Particle
behavior instead of the Sine Wave track we so far assumed for Particle motion.
Yes it is suggested as real particle X – Y coordinate motion,not probability of position stuff here.
( ii )
Added to this audacious proposal is another thought ;- that most particles in their natural state 'prefer' to move
in this “Sine resultant “ balanced relationship in a paired state, thus Closely Doubled !.
{ The above postulate so far is really two distinct thoughts but since the subject is about twinning.....! }

Therefore in such a Twin relationship each Particle Couple will try to remain, unless violently torn apart such as in an atomic
Yes I know it is tough as old nails but the gist of it is that there has been observed in both a USA based accelerator
1st in their copper - ion smashing experiments circa (before or during) 2010 'ish and later in proton collision experiments at Cern sometime during 2011,
that some particle collision aftermath results seem to move in a similar direction / manner ;- hence the description Angular Correlation are used to

( Such as produced by Fire flies )
been One Shape of Twine ( Perhaps SUPER twine SHAPE ) while Heat carrying is accomplished

This relate to Protein forming regarding to the as yet Mysterious reason as to why
a Particular String of Amino Acids would Always fold the same way
while it really Could have folded into Many other Possible 3D Combinations.
It is like Dropping a Long String with a lot of Knots in it and that string always ,
but always fall in a Heap of 3D string that is always
3D Shaped exactly the same, yes every time for that Particular Combination
of String Length / Knot Type.
some ( other ) Websites on Protein Folding seems to glance over the fact that the
Folding of Proteins Exact reasons and mechanisms, are still largely undiscovered as at
this date of 8th of November 2013.

These Websites ( which will remain unnamed ) make generalized and vague statements on this topic ,
based on unproven theoretical / assumptions,
( Reminding me not to State My Own Theories as fact. )
on this 'How do Proteins Fold to their Final Shape' topic,
thus offering no clue to the uninformed reader that the Mystery of Protein Folding
even exist and still remain largely unsolved.

Not everyone do glance over this important topic though.
In this regard I do note that there are those sites that make it abundantly clear that they
as yet are making a theoretical Statement or tentative experiment and observations that seem to
lean in the direction of a particular Theory.

in a context, according
to my " limited " insights, that may give
the impression that there
Is
a full understanding of
how / why Proteins fold in their particular 3D configurations,
thus COMPLETELY obscuring the
fact that this process is really still a mystery if one read only that article on the subject.

My disagreement with this 2ND Websites statement is summed up in this here below's reasoning.....
If a Protein chain ( before folding ) were to
"test" all conformations
( taking not the time equivalent to the age of the universe to test ALL Possibilities )
but taking ' no more than a few seconds ' before getting to
"the most energetically favorable one" then it seems that somewhere in the Timeline
a Amino acid Chain in the process of becoming a Protein
Do " Decide " on
A form WITHOUT TESTING ALL Possible Shapes
( IT JUST DO NOT HAVE THE TIME ! )
and whether it is the " most favorable energetically expression of form "
cannot be determined ( with our current knowledge ) from our human viewpoint since we
just do not see how it, the Polypeptide chain,
could have tested all possibilities of Chain configurations, even though the particular Protein
Chain seems to "know" what form it must be
long before All possibilities were tested.
( To say the same thing in a Double manner for emphasis )

Perhaps these reasoning's above begin to Un-Obscure the issue for you if there was such a need.
However before moving on to my speculated connection between Twine waves and Protein forming,
I need to take one more stab at those who Obscure.
( ix ) My problem is with statements that give the impression
( I will not quote any websites directly here... )
that the Amino Acid Side Chains do the driving of the Protein final shape to a large degree
and there the idea is left without further clarification.
Now once again while that may one day prove to be true,\
the issue here is that we as yet
do not fully know of the mechanism
( unless you can inform me otherwise, besides the theoretical proposals )
that drive those Side groups into a particular Snap 3D Form 'Vibration' Configuration .

To see my issue with such above mentioned statements, let's do some reasoning like the following....
For instance let's call the First Side Chain of a "Small" Protein with
only 100 Amino Acids ( in whatever ) sequence, the no.1 Side Chain.
Now the issue arise :- How do no.1 Know what sort of alignment / "final" position
it need to have in relation to for instance no.80 Side chain.
This Question is valid and not to be obscured since we as yet do not
with our 'fine' instruments detect some sort of Force emanating from no.1 Side Chain
that Play beyond it's immediate neighborhood of Molecular Bonding Forces so as to reach across
ALL of the Side chains ( the other Side chains then doing same ) and thus 'Broadcast' their respective
positions to each other WHILE THE POLYPEPTIDE CHAIN IS STILL ( briefly )
IN IT'S UNFOLDED FORM.
( Yes just a Linear string of amino acids , each with it's various side chains =
It helps to visualize it as a TV Arial with side spokes emanating from it's Main Axis ).

The Mechanism or Process ( at a lack of better expressions ) that does the Pulling / Folding, together into the Various alignments, thus remain Unseen / Undiscovered / Largely Unproven, as at this date of 8 November 2013.
Yes one must allow for the idea that one Side chain will have an influence on it's Immediate neighbors
on the Linear ( Flat ) Amino Acid side chain however that in itself does not suggest some sort of Detectable
Domino Falling, Shaping Force at play among the Side Chains that drags / KNITS the rest ( the all of ) the Amino acid's Side chain
into an Alignment that is Specific for that particular Amino Acid/Side Chain Sequence.
Thus from the viewpoint of our Limited insights, that Amino Acid/Side Chain Sequence Could have
easily have clumped into any random shaped clump within the mathematical combination "limitations"
which of course can be quit a lot of combinations for this 100 member long Amino Acid Chain.
Of course One of them would be the useful Protein if all combinations be tried.

And just a thought for those who firmly believe that all Biological life forms as we know is one giant
fortuitous but accidental coming together of molecules, this thought :-
If just one critical Protein or maybe a few of them Chains were
still busy trying their Optimal 3D configurations
( Taking longer than the age of the Universe you remember )
then that would make life
( Any life based on Proteins = and I do not Know of any that is not ),
pretty much impossible.
Only a willingness to Ignore mathematical fact can see a mind Past that point of Impossibility, yes if one were
more inclined to stick to a believe that the complexity of the multitude of lifeforms,
are due to a tumbling together of things under the " leading's " of blind chance.

Well Clearly we see that those Amino Acids are being 3D Stitched together by means of a as yet
unknown Choosing / Shaping Law, into their Functional Shapes, that we as yet cannot put our collective finger on.
( IT IS NOT JUST THE SIDE CHAINS IT SEEMS. MORE IS REQUIRED.)

So why does it matter that we should want to know the exactitude of this Mysterious Protein Folding Process ?
At the risk of stating the obvious let see in a very limited way, what we can benefit if we could figure out how a Protein
would look in i'ts 3 D form if we could model it from an Amino Acid sequence only.
Check out the Website mentioned below ( again please ) to see there a reference to a diseases that involve
a 'wrongly' folded Protein.
Now what could we do if we take our know how of how it should have been folded
and
Combine it with the Still Elusive Foundation Knowledge How to Fold Proteins.....need I go on ?

Naturally it is not only Medicine that would benefit since to name just a few not too radical thoughts....
What about artificially making Wood products that cannot be differentiated from the trees being cut down today in their vast numbers.

without using the roundabout "test tube" methods Scientist are attempting today to grow
food , hamburgers it seems,
in the lab involving tricky Gene manipulations,
because one would be able to

8 I am delighted to see that some are using the Twin wave EB- Calculations Graphics on their various sites even on tmblr.
9 That Fine;- it's yours to use as you please, - though my preference do lean towards Mathematics instruction as I also saw on a Math's teacher's Website ( Displaying EB-Geometry 'Pythagoras Applied' Calculations ) since the, simple easy to check, Geometry can benefit us with more Calculus insights one day when some Mathematics genius show us how to really apply it even beyond my speculations.
10 Perhaps some at the Universities / Colleges & Electronic companies, who has been recorded on my visitors log, are already using the EB-formula to explore possibilities like additional data carrying capacity within the now somewhat glutted Cell phone channel frequency spectrum,
which could be just one application even if the Twin waves idea itself MAY prove to be non-existent, ( .....in spite of things like "quantum entanglement" to which it suggest deeper insights etc..... )

Please enlighten me if you are inclined to such kindness, as to your thoughts about the "Newness" of this Circle connected with a Square Geometry
other than the Puaecellier-Lipkin linkage which was already commented on by a Professor of Mathematics Specializing in Geometry who at that time initially thought that the EB Linkage was the same thing.

It is actually using the same Number of Links
but with only the Pivot being in a different place
causing the EB to be a True Curve generator ( as opposed to an ARCH generator ) on it's Extensions while the Pauecillier-Lipkin Linkage is meant for generating straight lines.

Other learned one's such as a Doctor in Statistics,
a Maths Student and his Mathematics Lecturer at a well known University, also indicated upon being explained / shown this EB stuff in person, that they never had come across something like this in their studies.

from about 1986 till now (year 2012) to search out something like this EB- Twin wave Mathematics.
22 All I could "come" up with is a 'suspicion' ( No real proof that is ) that this simple Circle + Square Relationship principles might have been discovered a few thousand years ago in what is called the Middle East today
( a historical source of Mathematical insights we all know ).

This statement above is based not on actually uncovering any direct Math's
but only a Historical symbol originating from that region which I "recognized" as being exactly CORRESPONDING to the essential 'Geometry / actually Trigonometry' of the Eb - Calculations coordinate Maths. You will spot this Symbol when you check out the Trace Circle Geometry.
In addition, there is the possibility that someone in Europe at the later part of the 16 hundred's could have made used of the 1/24th out of phase principle that is 'Hard-wired' in this Circle Square relationship but unfortunately the Maths of that work remain 'lost' to us till today it seems. This last possibility of Prior discovery, remain then even more Un-provable than the Middle Eastern connection.
